President of the Prismafin SA board of directors. He has a vast experience in corporate strategic consulting, in asset management and in the analysis of investment funds. Between 1982 and 1986 he worked in Zurich for a bank as vice president of trading. He is president of Lifeware SA, a company of online software present in Lugano, Zurich, Barcelona, Luxembourg, and Frankfurt, specialized on management of life insurance products.
He is also member of the BoD of Squarelife SA, an insurance company that develops innovative and flexible insurance solutions. Has been Chairman of Norsat Int. from 2011 to 2017, a public company specialized in the satellite and radio technology, sold to a Chinese company in 2017. Thanks to this vast experience he is also often requested as advisor from others BoD.

Together with his brother Fabio, he manages the initiatives started by the father Ugo. After a first post-educational experience in the US, he became member of the BoD of Prismafin SA and graduated as federal accountant. He was awarded the membership in the Swiss Register of Commercial and Financial Trustees. As the Director of Dynamix Service SA he follows all the steps of corporate activities: establishment, accounting, business development, legal and fisical matters are all fields where he can deploy his knowledge and experience.

Member of the BoD. He was born and raised in Switzerland, and he has a consolidated experience in finance and wealth management. He joined Prismafin SA in 1997 and he is mainly involved in securities, funds, and structured products analysis. Currently, Gianluca supports our clients in structuring tailor-made products customized to their needs.

Marco grew up in Verona and followed a humanitarian educational path. He worked for twenty years in Italy, in the banking industry, reaching his compete formation though different jobs and in different locations. He left Italy in the late 1990s to go to Montecarlo where he covered the role of responsible for the Italian desk in a Swiss bank. He then moved to Switzerland in 2000, while working for a private banking institute in the role of member of the BoD until the end of 2014.
His main characteristics can be summed up in highly professionalism, trustworthiness. integrity and ability in establishing enjoyable relationships both in the workplace and with clients.

Rolf joined Prismafin in 2011 and is covering a portfolio of international clients investing mainly in natural resources. Before joining Prismafin he worked as a stock broker and financial analyst at Yorkton Securities. In 1999 he joined Clarion Finanz AG, a venture capital boutique specialized in natural resource investments.
In 2000 he obtained his diploma as a Certified Financial Analyst and Portfolio Manager (AZEK).

Daniele holds a Master degree in Engineering from Bologna University where he studied Operations Research with Prof. Paolo Toth. In 2007 he launched the first version of MASASP financial analysis platform later integrated with the Swiss ECN market. Daniele has been working as a consultant senior statistician in preeminent institutions in Luxembourg (Statec, EuroStat). He obtained the CEFA (Certified European Financial Analyst) certification in 2018 and since then he is member of the Italian Association of Financial Analysis (AIAF). Daniele is currently committed to the development of Factor (stock) Indices.
